The quote tool
The quotation engine requires gender, birth date, your assessed wellness status, nicotine use, desired benefit size, and coverage window. This data transfers to the carriers' rate calculator to produce results and is not retained by this site. Names, locations, phone numbers, and email accounts are not needed to view rates. When the same request is submitted multiple times, a brief cache may provide cached results without contacting the rate calculator again.
Applying
By selecting to move ahead, your prior answers prepopulate a secure form hosted by the carriers' system, and you then follow that provider's own data handling policy. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, is a licensed California insurance representative managing all application operations.
The contact form
The help form collects your name, email, cell phone (optional), contact channel choice, request category, and your comments. Responses are dispatched via email to our office with your email as the return path. This site retains no backup of your communication, no archive of inquiries, and no record of submission specifics. A temporary browser-based security routine activates before dispatching.
Measurement
This website tracks visits using on-site, cookie-free analytics hosted directly from this domain. No cookies or persistent browser identifiers are stored; your IP is partially redacted prior to storage; referring page details are excluded; original logs expire in 90 days. Visitors who set Do Not Track headers or activate Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.
What we do not do
We do not trade in, distribute to others, monitor with ad networks, or incorporate external analytics systems. The sole external code appears on the application page—the carriers' submission interface—and only activates once you navigate there.
